Thank you for your patronage! We hope you LOVE our slimes as much as we do! They are great for entertainment, relaxation, ASMR, gifts, stocking stuffers...etc! 

We are so happy for your business and appreciate you! By purchasing from Lunchandbox LLC (hitherto referred to as Lunchandbox), you (CUSTOMER) agree to adhere by the following terms, conditions, and policies. 

1. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, absolutely no returns or exchanges will be honored. No refunds. No exceptions. Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled within 1 hour of purchasing. A restocking fee may apply.

2. By purchasing from Lunchandbox, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older or have parent/guardian permission to make this purchase. Any products purchased fraudulently will be reported as a crime and you may be prosecuted by the US court system. Lunchandbox will seek legal action against any persons who attempts criminal behavior in regard to their purchase. If Lunchandbox thinks an order is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it and/or contact the buyer before shipping.

3. International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees. Lunchandbox LLC is a business and therefore by law cannot list the purchased items as anything other than goods purchased. Any items returned due to refusal to pay the customs fees will not be refunded. However, if you wish to have the items sent again, you will be responsible for shipping.

4. While Lunchandbox will try to combine separate orders made by the same customer, we may not always notice in time. If you make separate purchases and would like your orders combined, please email hello@lunchandbox.co with your order numbers. Sometimes bigger orders cannot be combined as we lack packaging big enough to do so. Excess shipping will be refunded only if there is any to refund. 

5. Lunchandbox products are not for resale. This is for the safety of the customer and the store. Any customer caught reselling our products will receive a lifetime ban. If you purchase a resold product, we are not responsible for any outcome that may occur as we cannot control what the reseller did to it. We liken this to buying a half-used tub of lotion or a half-eaten bag of chips.

6. Children under 14 should be supervised when playing with slime. Not appropriate for children under 6 years old.

7. Lunchandbox cannot guarantee that you will like a scent or a texture. Lunchandbox is not responsible if the scent is not for you. Scents that are divisive are noted as such in the description of the slime. Please read the descriptions. Absolutely no refunds will be given for personal preferences.

8. While Lunchandbox will double check every flagged address with the buyer, Lunchandbox cannot be responsible if the package is sent to the wrong address if you do not input it correctly. Not every wrong address is flagged as such. Please double check your address!

9. If an item that was purchased up to 45 days ago is returned due to wrong address, you will be contacted. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the amount of purchase will be refunded (sans shipping). If you wish to have the products sent again, you will be responsible for paying shipping again. If an item is returned to sender after 45 days, no refund will be issued. If you wish to have the items sent again, you will be responsible for shipping. No refunds will be issued if items are returned to sender due to package refusal or refusal to pay import fees.

We do our best to make sure products arrive to you in the best possible condition, and treat our products with love, care, and pride! Each slime purchase comes with a care card, bag of sealed borax and activator instructions, and some extras such as candy. Everything is packaged with love and care and we want you to have the best possible experience.

Please contact Lunchandbox through email with your order number if there is a problem with your order or if something is damaged in shipping! While we cannot control what happens in shipping, we are happy to help you and provide guidance to the best of our abilities.
